They just announced that Day Z will become a standalone game. Meaning, no more updates will be made to the ARMA 2 version, because all focus has to be shifted to the new game.

Interesting, there are a few other titles working on a ripoff of Day Z right now to. One I am familiar with is The War Z, I'm sure the official Day Z game will be better.
And just an FYI if anyone is bummed out that a sweet zombie mmo isn't coming to 360 check out "Class 3" or "Class 4" being developed by undead labs looks like it has some potential. And has been being developed since before Day Z I think. They are two different styles of games but probably about as close as any console user will get for a while.

A standalone Day Z would be amazing.

Madden 11 and 12 were the worst Madden's to date. I think Madden 13 will be very good. Plus, there's no other games coming out that I have interest in.

I'm getting Madden 13 on August 28th then I will be getting Playstation All Stars on October, and then Metal Gear Rising once that comes out. Got my gaming year all planned out lol
