Tha Carter IV Sales Predictions

I'm thinking it'll sell around 450k in the first week. I'm not a Wayne fan, but hell, y'all seen this thread coming I'm sure of it.

I can't stand Wayne yo, but he'll sell big. I highly doubt it'll top Em's Recovery sales from last year though. I'm thinking 350-400k in the first week.

A little over 500K, but I hope not. I don't listen to Lil Wayne normally, but sense im the only rap fan out of all my friends (they're into rock mostly) the only rap music they ever play is something from Wayne, eminem, or classified(Hes like a celebrity in Nova Scotia). So I get to hear enough from wayne to say hes mediocre at best. But hes gonna sell like crazy.

God, I hope he doesn't do sales over 500k...

lmfao, me too. the singles for IV have been all crap imo so far.

I think he'll sell around 400k. And "crap" sales, so I wouldn't be surprised if he sells more than that.

god i hate wayne and his voice especially, but he is still damn famous so hes gonna sell alot of albums thats for sure.

I USED to be a Wayne fan before he got big (no, I'm not trying to be a hipster lol)... but its true. Once he became super commercial it was all downhill from there. He's a talented artist but I don't listen to him anymore. If I get his new album it will be a free download =]

Word. No doubt he did do some good tracks, but mainstream slaughtered his ass. I know how you feel when shit like that happens to a artist that you like.

Carter IV won't sell more than 400k. I'm guessing between 350k and 400k

I remember that track. I liked it but felt that it wasn't necessary..I mean, Em's version was amazing and it is good to see Wayne's take on it tho.

True, especially when you have Stan up there as a contender on the list for best Hip Hop song(s) ever, for me at least.

yeah that's always gonna be expected. i'd be hugely shocked if it flops in sales that's for sure.

That's one track that should have been created - Stan pt 2.

Stan (Em's version) still remains relevant in hip-hop to this date!

Eh, I think Wayne deserves every sale his album will get. He is one of the hardest working rappers out there. He put in the time over these past few years. He deserves to sell more than 350-400k imo, but it's hard to come off a 1 year prison sentence, which threw a huge wrench in his marketing plan for Tha Carter IV. But we'll have to see.
