That is real hip hop...

I agree but it is whack AF.
Doesn't mean we can't do it? Its not whack, lyrically yeah it whack. The beats are dope (u cant disagree), the hooks are dope (u cant disagree), u can pretty much listen to it easily without having to break down the lyrics, and its fun to listen to (u cant disagree)

I can disagree with everything except maybe the beats, the beats are fine.
This album is not thought evoking at all and has no technical value, you can't talk about what's not there. So many quality albums to be put under albums like these.

Favorite track: Food For Thought

I don't like how the first 9 tracks have no features and then the last 5 all have features. That shouldve been sequenced differently
Yeah Food For Thought really stood out to me for some reason. Nothing insane but I just replayed it before going onto the next track, haha.

Updated OP with an added rule, that I thought didn't need to be added in the first place. This thread is for discussing the album at hand, there are plenty of other threads to discuss what you'd like. We'd like to stick to the subject here. Also stop voting for albums while a current album is being reviewed, voting will take place after each album is finished.

Buck and 9th have great chemistry together.  Not a fan of some of the hooks, but I really liked the hook for "In the Ghetto".  My favorite song is probably "Don't Know Why". I give this a 6/10

There was a lot more potential here on this album. Buckshot while good, could have stood out more. 9th Wonder's production was the real memorable thing here. Still a solid release.

6.9/10 for me.

Rapping was between average and good, and the production was pretty nice. I might listen to it again.

Sorry I didn't get my mini review in time, but I pretty much agree with 3582, about a 7/10 for me.

My album pick is J-Live - S.P.T.A.

Did not feel the album as much as I thought I did when I heard it before, the instrumentals were almost always on point though, It was decent overall.

My pick, Clear Soul Forces - Detroit Revolution(s)
