You can say the jokerr has little to no appeal but denying skills is not understandable.

If passionate MC were to spit these lyrics I bet a lot of people who hate jokerr would say this is dope..

Bizzy may be a bit generic concept wise but he is technically a skilled rapper and has the ability to flow like no generic mainstream rapper as of right now...
