He uses Vocal layering on "Sing Aithen Sing" far more than he does on "Welcome to The Show" and "Mayhem Night".

He barely ever layers his vocals in his rap songs and as far as his singing goes, he's not editing his vocals to make his voice sound better, he layers his vocals because it makes the track as a whole, better.

The lyrical rappers active in the last 10 years are FAR more advanced than the lyrical rappers of the 80s and 90s.

Lyrical ability is not the only thing that makes a good rapper it's the combination of many things, PLUS not many great rappers have mass appeal.

Just because the fastest man in the world became a football player does not mean he would necessarily be the best because there's more factors to it. There can be another one who is not as fast but is still very fast PLUS has other qualities tied in.
