The president really has almost no power unlike what most people seem to believe.All of this go out and "Vote,Vote,Vote!!!" is all propaganda to make people feel like they did something that will change everything(dont get me wrong you definitely should vote, but not blindlessly, thinking that if your president that you would have never even voted for most likely if you didnt see his adds, or how much he was pumped up in the media wins, you just did a lot and you don't have to follow what your government is doing anymore.What we need to do is get corporations and big businesses the fuck out of our government and congress,and expose the people that REALLY make the decisions, because untill we do that nothing well change that those businesses,banks, and health insurance companies don't want to. The only way we can do that is by uniting are selves AS THE PEOPLE because there are probably less than 10 members of out government who would do that, because they no that if they do they will have consequences.
I highly recomend you watch the documentary "Capitalism, A Love Story" by Micheal Moore. Very insightfull and some of the stuff exposed kinda pissed me off at a few parts.
