Andre 3000, imo.

Lil Wayne sucked (As always). Andre's verse was alright. Bun B's was good too. Shyne sucked. Busta rhyme's verse wasn't that great, surprisingly...yeah Nas and Tech ripped it up, but my vote goes for Tech haha.
