Can you delete an account or post?

I messaged the forums a few times a couple times in the last week or so, but I didn't get an email back so I figured i'd ask here: Is there any way I can delete my account/posts?
I no longer wanna have an account on the forums, but am not sure how to go about deleting it, or if that's even possible.

I'm not sure why you would want to delete your account. Just don't use it anymore.
