Most Important Rapper for Every Major City

well im not from the us so i might say some stupid ass shit in the following:

- biggie is more important in rap than jay-z imo. no doubt a tie would have been fair but saying jay-z is more important in rap than biggie is retarded.
- where in NY is 50 & KRS-one from?
- where DMX from?
- dunno much about scarface. is he > chamillionaire?
- chief keef > kanye
- im not even into master p. dunno shit bout him... but how did wayne beat him?

Biggie is def most important in Brooklyn.. you're better off saying he is not the best in Brooklyn than not the most important. If you make everyone in Brooklyn vote they would say biggie even if they are not a fan (which is unlikely)
