Definitely some good ones though

It's about being relevant in 92 though.
Most if not all 2012 and 2013 freshmen would be "irrelevant" in 2034 lol.

This is true, but artists like 2Pac have had 20 years plus longevity.

I hate to say this but, that's mostly because he's dead. Very few artists from the 90's are still relevant today (very different to longevity).

Probably true.

But a fair share of those dudes put out projects that are still relevant today (black on both sides, streetz is a mutha, it's dark & hell is hot, etc) & that's all that matters, at least to me it does.

Timeless piece of music>>>>remaining relevant as an artist.

If you can do both, even better tbh.

This is true, unfortunately.
Although, I still believe 2Pac's career would've continued to be successful for some years after 1996, probably not up till 2013 though.
His legacy is relevant.

I disagree about Eminem.
He's been pretty obscure in terms of musical prescense of his own work over the past 3 or so years.
He's done features, producing etc but we haven't heard a single or a mixtape or an album from him.

Jay-Z however is relevant when it comes to buisness stuff - I see him on TMZ - all the time, but not so much actually producing chart topping singles.

Then you've got rappers who are relevant in the underground like Hopsin & Tech N9ne and buzzing hugely, the latter being in the game 20+ years and having good success for 5 to 10 of those.

Putting Eminem on it would be like putting Macklemore on 2012s, almost no one will know who the fuck he is until the next year lol.
