An issue I had with FV

I recently ordered an autographed copy of the first agreement, but after I had confirmed everything, I noticed that FV had charged me $40 for delivery when it really should only have been $5. Seeing this I contacted both customer service and the website's help department.
Not a reply at all and they have took the money out my account ($50).
Pretty shit if you ask me but fuck it, just thought I'd share it with you all incase it happens to you in the future when you order off the website.

Fuck that shit. You better raise hell until they reimburse you. $50 for a Dizzy Wright CD is a sick joke.

I had an issue on the FV site when I bought the download for SmokeOut. I clicked the link, got sent an error message, and then the download had expired so I'd paid for nothing. I e-mailed the customer service address and also filled out the 'contact us' form on the site. It took them a couple of days to answer but they sent me another link and it worked. How long have you been waiting?

That's ridiclous.
They have a responsibilty as a record label to supply satisfiying customer service whether it's sending a CD or other item of merchandise.

That is some bullshit right there. Blow up their customer service, facebook, twitter, whatever. This should not happen nor should it be let go without them knowing about it.

Did you actually select the standard (cheapest) international postage method, and still get charged for express? I've ordered 3 times from their store so far and not had this problem with postage to the UK.
