IMO it is The Eminem Show. He was at the peak of his popularity at this time but didn't disappoint at all.

It had the hilarious songs like Without Me and odd-but-funny songs like My Dad's Gone Crazy. However, he went off on US politics throughout the album. He has more classics in Superman, Sing for the Moment, and Till I Collapse.

Runner Ups are The Marshall Mathers LP and Encore.

Encore? Really? That is his worst album by far (Even though I still enjoyed it).

And I would either pick MMLP or TES. Both great albums and it's hard to choose between the two.

Encore is better than Recovery and Relapse imo. Anyways heres my list of favorite to least favorite:
1.MMLP
2.SSLP
3.Eminem Show
4.Encore
5.Infinite
6.Relapse
7.Recovery

The rest I could care less about I don't even consider them as eminem albums 4 me... I only like Old Slim shady..
