Why do you like the genre of music that is your favorite?

thought it was an interesting question, somebody asked me this in a class.
I said:
drumroll....
Rap and Hip-Hop(duh)
Cuz the amount of creativity you can put in is limitless. You can convey any message, say anything you want in any way, no matter how disgusting or meaningful it is to someone.
You can get shit off your chest, you can protest shit, you can diss some whack ass rapper, you can talk about killin' people, you can talk about raping chicks(dat shit new), you can talk about having sex with chicks n shit. It's just awesome how all you gotta do in rap is sit down and put your thoughts in a rhyming pattern. No matter what those thoughts may be.

I'm tied between Rap/Hip-Hop and a genre called G-Punk.

Rap because, well, you pretty much stated it in a nutshell.

G-Punk is one of them because a favorite band of mine created it. Probably one of the best bands I've ever listened to.
