I'm kinda confused, what/who's it about?
The song "wanna know" by swizzz

his family or very close friend i believe.

The guy he is talking about is called Brandon (or as he is referred to in this song as 'B' or 'Big B') and he was diagnosed with schizophrenia. He met him in high school and was very close friends to him. SwizZz didn't have many friends though. The song is dedicated to him to say that he will always be friends with Brandon no matter what.
