black hippy is good, and i have been listening to them for a while now but i think if both groups were to go bar for bar i think slaughterhouse would win

black hippy hasnt established themselves as a group quite like slaughterhouse has. slaughterhouse consists of 4 of the illest lyricists but black hippy on the other hand is pretty much being held together by kendrick lamar. im not saying that ab soul schoolboy and jay rock suck but i am saying that kendrick is really far ahead of them lyrically. then when you look at slaughterhouse all 4 of them pull their own weight and are kinda on the same level as far as rapping ability goes

With that said though, I'm sure "Our House" and "Asylum" will be great tracks and give us some hope for his next solo album.

Ha. Lamar is so overrated. He is dope. But unless MAAD is a solid 10/10 and isn't like Section. Maybe he would be top 20 or 30. He's not that amazing. Slaughterhouse is the greatest group. Joey is top 5 reatest IMO. Over Nas.

Album has leaked, loving it so far way better than what i expected it to be.

budden is to weakest member of the group imo but crooked i on the other hand is a lyrical genius

crooked i > black hippy

kendrick lamar > joe budden & joell ortiz

There's more skilled individuals in slaughterhouse than Black hippy therefore

Slaughterhouse > Black Hippy

Although Kendrick is a strong contender
