Hip Hop Worldwide

Just thought a thread about it would be cool, that'd be a way for the people who aren't familiar with the non American rappers to discover some dope shit. So what I'm gonna do basically is post music videos or songs from various rappers with their locations and their names, as simple as that. Hope y'all like this thread! Feel free to contribute
Rapper : Devlin / Location : UK
Rappers : Ed Sheeran, Griminal, Devlin / Location : UK
Rap band : Sexion D'Assaut / Location : France
Rapper : Orelsan / Location France :
I'm not a fan of French rap at all, I think it sucks for the most part, but well. Hope you guys will come up with some good shit

I've always wondered what you Americans think of the accents of the British rappers, does the accent annoy you or you just don't care? 'Cause there actually are some talented dudes in the UK, like fo'real.GangusKahn wrote:The last one sounds like he has the best flow...too bad I can't understand him lol.

I liked the 4th guy the most.
I'll be 100% honest.... the accent annoys the shit outta me. I love the accent when talking to people from the UK, I think thats awesome. But in music, it pisses me off. Hate to sound like a typical American, but I can't help it lol.

Haha yeah, I know what you guys mean
I really like this track, you should check it out :
Has any of you heard of "Grime Music" ? Lots of UK rappers claim they're not a part of the Hip Hop movement/culture but a part of the Grime movement/culture... this is weird but to me, at the end of the day, what they do is rap music. Like yes it may sounds alot different than "pure" rap but the guys actually do rap in their songs. Rap music has always borrowed from different kinds of music like Rock, Pop, Reggae and so on, I don't understand why they wanna distance themselves from rap.
