Same, but keeping it real, he is very good at mastering music.

Like I know mastering has to do with quality of the audio....but what exactly is it? cuz Eminem said in an interview he doesnt know how to master music so he tries to learn from Dre

Mixing = Simply matching the vocals, adlibs, and added sound effects to the beat.

Mastering = Bringing out the quality of the music (in simple terms). Mastering allows the beat to bump harder and brings out the clarity in the vocals. This is done by a "Mastering Engineer" who has to have a careful ear for each and every aspect of the music. This is where the music equalization (or "EQ") is perfected to give the song a "clean" finish. Makes it sound alot more professional and ready for official release. Anything before the mastering stage can more than anything be referred to as a "rough demo" version of the song.
