Aussies and British are two seperate types of People.. Aussies - Australians. British - People from Britain. Lol
Anyway I don't think this is that true. American accents are widely portrayed across media and TV so I think the accent has become quite normal globally. Whereas most Americans think British people talk all posh and drink tea and stuff lol.

The reason I asked is because their is a lot of Aussies on this site...And both British people and Australian people speak English like Americans...So I figured it was our accent throwing people off...I'm sure our accent is just as odd to them as it is to you guys.
