This is just for the last spot so he will probably make the cut anyways because xxl likes funk volume and he has a pretty big buzz but you could vote for him anyways or vote for Tito Lopez.

Honestly, I don't think he'll make the list this year but who knows. I hope Rittz gets in.

So many good artists to choose from. It sucks that only one will make it.

So for example if "Rapper 1" gets the most votes and hes already in the list his votes wont count technically, only the ones NOT in the list to begin with have a chance for the 10th slot. Then again if Rapper 1 does NOT make the list from the start he will still make the 10th slot because his votes WILL count. Keep in mind theres 10 slots and dizzy is more popular than at least 60% of the list.

Possibility = Very high

Dizzy Wright is an okay rapper. He's nothing great, but I can see why people like his music.

I want to see him there because he deserves it a lot more than other rappers, puts in work stays true to himself and holds his own. Things other rappers don't seem to understand or handle.
