How many of you guys are athletes?

I am. Just wonderin? (Dont have to play a sport, just work out and eat right.)

i dont work out or eat healthy that much lol, im not fat tho.

i use to do zone cross country and played football up until last year.

I've been skating for almost 10 years and played basketball baseball and football growing up. I go to the gym 5 days a week now and my diet is pretty strict. It's all about how good you look naked.

haha, I cant wait to move somewhere with year round good weather, I will be in a lot better shape, because I won't be stuck in the house all winter.

If you wanna get in good shape all you need to do is be motivated, you can do it at home. If you have access to a gym you can bulk up or slim down in a couple months. It's all about how hard you go and motivation.

What area are you in? It rains a crap load during the end of Summer here and the bad part of Hurricane season is about to start :/ The rest of the year is warm, it's 90 right now. Though my office is freezing...

Did boxing for 6 years, I work out occasionally.
Im not really good on many sports besides things that involve me running or martial arts.

I suck at basketball I make the most shots when im alone standing in the same spot tho lmao.

I've played lots of football(not americunt handegg, dont be mistaken) in my life and still plays with my friends whenever possible. But my maintime way of gets over the summers cruel pizza marathon I go to the gym. I took on 10kg and already I've lost 4kg. In 1-2 months I will be in good shape again and continue my duty as a pokémon trainer.

I could have been a very good (American) football player. I am naturally fast and I can accelerate very quickly, but I never liked working out and practicing so I quit.

I suck at Basketball though

Ok, seems like we got some pretty athletic people on here, good to know.BTW I play basketball.

I used to swim for my country but I stopped as I didn't want to get up at 4.45am every morning and have to follow a really strict diet (weighing everything i eat etc). I got a free holiday to Monaco for a week just to swim for under a minute :D

I did a lot of cross country as well and then I moved on into athletics (1500 metres, 800 metres and javelin were my best events).

Currently playing football for my local club and just play a lot of football with my mates.

Played badminton at quite a high level even though I found it boring haha. I had some sort of talent in that sport but it was boring as fuack.

I've also been hitting the gym for the past year and seen some good gains. Went to the gym earlier in fact and set a new PB for my bench press :) Fells good mayyynee real good. Do whatever the FUUUUUUUUUUUUCK you wanna do bitchez.

Throughout my sporting life I now have some contacts with famous athletes etc that have been on TV etc.

And I have stalked Liftthat's bodyspace on bodybuilding.com

I played soccer till my freshman year in high school, then I started to play tennis. Don't get to play much anymore, but I started Insanity 3 weeks ago.

If chess counts as a sport, I'm in.

Nowdays I only work out, no time for any sports. Trying to buff up after years of slothiness.

I used to play alot of football with friends.
Only pro thing I did was a basketball team which I rolled in for about two years and during those two years got 2 gold medals(fake gold sadly).

I do want to start boxing sometime, but getting old and don't want myself getting beaten up.

Oh, and if this counts, I have climbed over a thousand trees numerous times in a daily basis during my childhood.

Basketball, Football (Australian Rules), Soccer, Tennis & a bit of boxing but that's more leisurely, I know a few Martial Arts moves but thats only because the one of the Youth Workers I know is a black belt

you have to get the ball downfield and kick the ball through the team's goal. the main way to score is to kick the ball between two tall goal posts.

It's different then rugby though, right?
