Well it wasn't there for every page, it happened to me randomly like 3 times. Took the picture the 3rd time.

Just browsing the forum and it would pop up after clicking a page/thread, click another page/thread or refresh & it'd be gone.

I don't see it now though, I'll let you know if I see it again

The last screenshot was due to the me fixing the coding, that's what people will see. That's why I usually put the forum "under construction", lol.

After deleting my browser history, I haven't been getting it. Have you guys tried this? Also, delete the forum cookies.

This seemed to work for now.

It hasn't come up for me again, tried two other browsers and it's still all good.

Do you still see it now? It's the Twitter coding that's messing up that section of the forums. I just changed a few things around...
