New Fan

Hey guys, D-Henry here.

I just recently got into the "real" Hip-Hop and I was searching for forums and I stumble upon this. I am in fact a HUGE Hopsin fan and I've listened to and enjoyed everything I can find. I am NOT a dickrider. I honestly do not like YMCMB, not just a bandwagonner or whatever. The only song I can say I like from them is Yuck!. I am also a big GOOD Music fan. Big Sean is dope when he tries (Burn with Meek Mill anyone? Awesome) and his songs get stuck in my head. Kanye is slowly falling off the top, passing the torch to Pusha T (New God Flow was good IMO).

I'll list my current favorite rappers, in no order.

Hopsin: What do I need to say? I love his music and he is just freaking amszing. IMOH4/5, Sexy Cyber, Gazing at the Moonlight, You Are My Enemy and I Can't Decide and are my favorite.

Meek Mill: I don't know how this board portrays him, but I listen to his music before football games and Dreamchasers 2 was amazing IMO. Burn, Amen and House Party Remix are my favorite by Meek.

J. Cole: I have The Warm Up, Friday Night Lights and Cole World all on my phone and I've thoroughly listened to everything I can. Just a great "Backpacker". Farewell, Cole World and 2Face are great!

Childish Gambino: He's amazing. At everything lol. Freaks and Geeks is awesome, and Be Alone isn't far behind. Everything he puts out is above average. So unique.

Big Sean: More of a partying rapper than relaxing. I like What U Doin?, I Do It, Marvin & Chardonnay, Don't Tell Me You Love Me and 100 Keys. His appearance on Looking For Trouble with GOOD Music and J. Cole was good.

Some rappers I want to get into are French Montana, Kendrick Lamar, and CyHi Da Prince. On a final note, Lil B is terrible.

What I meant was my favorite artists today, I guess. That's why there's no Em on there. I'm a big Pac fan too no doubt. I listen to some Eazy-E and NWA every now and then. I'm a Biggie fan, but not as much as I shoult, d. Run DMC is the shit undeniably.

Other than that, I just don't like Lil B. In MY opinion, he sucks. But that's debatable. I can't get into his music. Odd Future can be good sometimes, just not that often I suppose. The best Tyler, The Creator song IMO is Martians vs. Goblins.

I've been trying to listen to Shady Records, specifically Slaughterhouse. I just downloaded some FV mixtapes also. SwizZz is a great artist, but his voice is just freaking horrendous but SO catchy.
