Hip Hop has a bright future Empty Hip Hop has a bright future

Sun 12 Aug 2012 - 15:34
People who say hip hop is dead base their opinions on what they hear on the radio and see on mtv, but in reality we have more great artists comin up than weve had in a while I.e. funk volume, black hippy, j.cole, jon connor, childish gambino, macklemore,xv, tito lopez, the list goes on. Everyone needs to support these artists and boycott ymcmb, mmg, flocka, gucci, etc. so the radio and mtv will have no choice but to play good music again

I give This generation of Hip Hop 1 or possibly 2 more years until Rap Changes for the better Like you said MTV one day will be forced to play FV,Black Hippy Tito Lopez And the rest But remeber rap never stays the same Look at the 80's They used to have the old school Hip Hop Vibe but then in the 90's It changed to a more Gangsta Rap and Hardcore Style. in the Early 2000's it was still hardcore but dying off, in 2005 It Died Off and Rap was more about getting Money Which some Of the most talented rappers from the 90's and 80's also talked about but they had Skill while doing it(Big L, Biggie,NWA,Nas,Tupac,Mc Breed, Big Daddy Kane, Ice T,Kool G Rap And many More)But The 2005 Era Rappers were less talented Many rappers were retiring or hiding because back then it was a high Demand for rappers Like Lil Wayne, Birdman and many more While there was still Hope With other Great Up and coming Rappers The Game,Elzhi,Joe Budden And many more while many thought they will bring rap back they couldn't Rap was Damaged Lables wern't interested in these Great Rappers. Making these Rappers To change their Direction And and get sucked into the These Hip Hop Fads or just rap independently and make hardly any money . And who doesent want to make money and get their music heard Around the world. Im just wondering that if hip Hop Never went tht route Would Rappers Like Jedi Mind Tricks, Atmosphere, Immortal Technique be worshiped and heard on the radio like Drake and Lil Wayne. But i Can Assure in a couple more years Rap will be at its best

Hip Hop will never be the same.

IMO in the independent/underground scene, we are seeing some of the greatest rappers ever.

Good rappers have ALWAYS been around, however now those good artist are starting to get more popular and people are slowly catching up so in a way it's definitely getting better.

I hope to see the day that people stop saying "mainstream sucks".
Beleive it or not if these good rappers start getting big then maybe the whack artist will actually try to make dope songs to make hits, and once that happens we're good for a long while.

Hip hop has a bright future indeed. But with the faggots running the mainstream claiming they are the top of rap & hip hop we still get fucked in the ass and then brain after.
