Some Sort Of 'Thank You' Button?

On some of the other forums I've been on in the past, there has been some sort of 'Thank You' button where you can click below someone's post if you thought it was useful or if you agreed with what that person was saying.

If someone had thanked the post, it would come up underneath saying what user(s) thanked it.

Just another random suggestion for the site :)

Was actually thinkin about bringin this up aswell, keep finding myself goin to press the thanks button when someone posts somethin funny haha

could be cool, but noobs would whore-out he button a lil too much haha.

This works well on another forum I'm on...I say we give it a shot. I know there's codes to enable it.

like +reps for good posts and -reps for trolls, etc..

its a reputation system, alot of forums have it. basically if someone has a good post you +rep it, that would give them one point, if someone has a bad or troll post you -rep them which would take away points from them. this helps show which members are the most helpful or troll, etc...

I like the idea, but I hate the neg-rep bullshit. It ruins most good hip-hop forums. Take a look at Studio Leaks.

Maybe we should just have a "Thanks" button, no neg button.

A guy named "Koolo" leaked a bunch of Eminem songs a few months back, created a successful hip-hop forum and now is just as bad as Rap Basement is now due to the rep system they have on there.

A thanks button would be cool. And right under your post count, it'll say how many times you've been "Thanked". Again, I'm still looking into this.

everybody on studio leaks is just a bunch of hating faggets, most of them hate on artists for no reason its mostly yelawolf & eminem from the posts i have seen

Another forum I am on has the thanks given / thanks received and it works well...

We have a rep button now...thats what Frankie came up with...
