I'm bored listening to old music and i want to ask you guys your opinion on the song Renegade. Which version do you think is better and why?

I am gonna go with Royce of course no disrespect to Jay Z's verse though.

royce.. i like the taco meat line.. i dunno why... also he more raw

I felt Royce a lot more than Jay on this..

I like both versions though.

I'd hate to disagree, but Jay all the way, he killed his verses, he did way better then Royce, and IMO, these are 2 of Jay's best verses, and Eminem dod not completely murder Jay on It, it's just the fact that Jay had those 2 verses, and still did not manage to overdo the magic Em did, says something!!

I understand your argument, but Royce has delivery and hard ass lyrics. Put up next to Jay-Z should with-out-a-doubt be unanimous decision....imo

Idk I liked Royce's version, but I just like the way Jay sounds on this song more.

Never heard royces version before, got to say it's better. I always thought Jay-z was generic, nothing special... I don't get why people think he's a GOAT.

why do u say that about em not caring if Proof was still alive? And question i couldn't find that Eminem topic with the stories and reasoning for the songs i was wonder if the explanation for Stan was on there hmmm
