So at my job I sell insurance online and over the phone.

But today, five 70yr olds walked in to the business and I had to go over health insurance with them. They told me I had to yell at them because they couldn't hear.

My boss walks into the front lobby and sees me yelling at a bunch of old people (one in a wheelchair) and shes like "is everything ok here? what is going on?). i said "they are hard of hearing so I have to raise my voice"... the one old guy goes "are you calling us OLD? he's calling us old!". Im like no I did not say that....

basically a big clusterfuck. fuck old people.

Damn that sucks.(although it is a little funny). Just curious though, why did you have to talk with a group of 5 old people at once? I thought that insurance was done eithier one on one or at most 1 on 2.
