Post an opinion of yours that most people wouldn't agree with.
Example: Lil wayne did good in "No love".

Lil Wayne is good in general, he doesn't have substance really, but he has decent bars. I don't get why when people talk down on "rap these days" they use him as their prime example. There are so many worse rappers out there these days.

Mostly cuz so many dumbasses think Lil Wayne is the best rapper there is. He would get eaten alive if he even tried stepping so many semi-mainstream or underground artists. And you can say he has bars, and he does sometimes, but 1. he repeats the same shit again and again and 2. his lyrics are pointless as fuck. That's the whole problem with hip hop now its all about swag rapping, when really guys like Kendrick Lamar and Hopsin with relatable, real life, and socially conscious music should be garnering that kind of attention.Jake The Dog wrote:Lil Wayne is good in general, he doesn't have substance really, but he has decent bars. Jay-Z should have retired when he said he was going to retire. He was complete ass on WTT.

I don't like Lil Wayne either but he isn't nearly as bad as "real hip-hop" fans make him out to be.AwesomeMan0710 wrote:Mostly cuz so many dumbasses think Lil Wayne is the best rapper there is. Lol you're like the first person I've seen in a looooooong time that actually agreed with that. I fuckin' love that album, not just the emotional shit but it showed us a very different side of him with sick metaphors and punchlines as well.

Eminem had good lyrics on recovery but his new voice and all the screaming made me hate the album still bought it tho.
Lil Wayne has some good songs, before he became autotune back in the Carter 1 & 2 days.

If you're not 18 yet then there is a really good chance that you have no idea what hip hop is about.

i dont get why people shit on recovery? Relapse was clearly the worse album Recovery was actually really good if you gave it a chance. People like Wayne because their brainwashed by his image, short but sweet punchlines, and popularity. Everyone i know is brainwashed by drake, wayne, maybach music its ridiculous. Hopefully time will change the ways of mainstream artists

Naw, I'm mad cause you keep throwing around dumbass shit like "kids don't know hip-hop" without explaining it to us. Maybe we'd like to know? You only say that stupid shit because you know the 20+ members will back you up.
I dare you to explain what hip-hop is to you.
