Insomniac is Finished With The Resistance Series

Hopefully, you were suitably satisfied with the conclusion to Resistance 3, because it seems that developer Insomniac has finished with the alien-shooting franchise, and won't be returning for a sequel anytime soon. No more shooting toothy Chimera invaders in the face then sadly, unless Sony passes the IP on to another developer, which isn't unheard of.

The studio has also opened social games division Insomniac Click, meaning it'll still have plenty of irons in the fire post-Resistance 3.
